Job Description: 

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer’s needs.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
7. Participate on behalf of company in exhibitions or conferences.
8. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
11. Research on Market, Customer’s requirements and new opportunity along with the sectors.
12. Prepare the report of same and circulate/provide it to pricing department which shall enforce the pricing department to do research on the possibilities of the requirements.
13. Research and create report on Competitors which may help to strategize on business expansion.

Job Descriptions
1. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
2. Regular payment follow-ups as per the terms and conditions.
3. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
4. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
5. Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
6. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and
immediately available when needed.
7. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to seniors.
8. Assist seniors in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
9. Visiting banks, tax offices, and clients as needed.

Requirements and skills.
1. Bachelor's running  ( major in accounting) or  graduate
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (Tally/Rigo).
3. Excellent organizing abilities
4. Great attention to detail
5. Valid two-wheeler license holder

6. Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
