  • Manage the boosting of the pages/ post
  • Manage Social Media analytics and strategize accordingly to create engaging posts
  • Be responsible for technical documentation, analytics, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with the development team for facilitating documentation process and simplify client's requirement for technical documentation.
  • Create an atmosphere for brand presence via communication medium.
  • Update the existing client on any downtime or upgrade related to the services they are using from us.
  • Plan the daily/ weekly social media work according to the to the content calendar
  • Coordinate with the team members and circulate the information fruitful to the team progress.
  • Conduct research on possible areas to explore the services and prepare the report on its implication at the work
  • Report to the team head with the weekly issues & progress on daily /weekly basis


Specification/ Requirement: 

  1. Having basic knowledge on the IT domain & Market trends
  2. Education: Bachelors in Information Management or BBA
  3. Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in related field of IT
